IBAS website and Claims CRM

Overview

The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, approved by the Gambling Commission to provide informed and impartial adjudications on disputes that arise between licensed gambling operators and their customers. We provided website design and development, we also rebuilt their complete CRM application as a cloud based application.

Challenges

Recreate the Operators database, user registration and upgrade the entire adjudication process.

Solution

Works Digital designed and built the corporate website with a full CMS for easy administration of the content. The website is fully responsive and allows clients to easily see if they have a claim against a betting organisation by using the interactive claims wizard before putting in a formal claim. Works Digital also built the IBAS claims adjudication CRM to replace their aged internal Access based CRM.

Impact

Huge impact as now their CRM is a web application meaning that IBAS can now have global adjudicators for their business.
