Loyalty Street is a groundbreaking new residential property-selling service designed to revolutionize the way homeowners connect with buyers. With a mission to simplify and streamline the sales process, the company secured £2 million in funding to test and validate its innovative business model. By leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology, Loyalty Street aimed to disrupt the traditional estate agency model and provide sellers with a more efficient, transparent, and cost-effective solution.

Challenges

One of the key challenges was integrating custom overlays on Google Maps to visually represent property activity within specific neighborhoods. The platform needed to provide real-time insights on listings, estate agent coverage, and active sales areas, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Additionally, a well-crafted contact strategy was essential to engage potential sellers, drive awareness, and encourage adoption of the new service.

Solution

To successfully launch Loyalty Street, we were commissioned to develop a strategic marketing approach that included both online and offline materials. Our solution comprised:

  • Custom Dynamic Street Mapping – An interactive Google Maps integration that visually overlaid areas of activity, helping users identify key property trends in their neighborhoods.
  • Estate Agent Details Integration – A feature that displayed contact information for estate agents operating in specific areas, ensuring seamless communication between sellers and agents.
  • Multi-Channel Contact Strategy – A tailored marketing campaign that leveraged digital ads, email outreach, social media engagement, and offline promotional materials to attract sellers to the platform.
  • Branded Content & Collateral – High-quality brochures, landing pages, and explainer videos to clearly communicate the benefits of Loyalty Street’s service and drive customer engagement.

Impact

The campaign significantly exceeded expectations, achieving a 12% conversion rate – four times the projected 3% target. The strategic combination of targeted outreach, dynamic mapping, and engaging content led to high user adoption, validating Loyalty Street’s business model and positioning it for future growth.
