Loyalty Street launch

Overview

Loyalty Street, is a disruptive new residential property-selling service that raised £2 million to validate their business model.

Challenges

Custom overlays on Google mapping was required.

Solution

We were briefed to develop a contact strategy and produce a suite of online and offline materials to launch the service. This included dynamic street mapping to overlay areas of activity and estate agent details for those areas.

Impact

The campaign achieved a 12% conversion rate against a forecast rate of 3%.
