OpenChannel Incentive Platform

Overview

OpenChannel: an innovative, HMRC compliant, incentive platform offering free of tax rewards to enable direct 1-2-1 communication with channel salespeople. Allowing clients to communicate directly with, incentivise, and get feedback from the people who actually sell their products and services. Helping to influence Channel Partner salespeople behaviour and encourage brand saliency and incremental sales.

Challenges

To build a rewards platform that was HMRC compliant for rewarding members but also collecting Tax payments on the users behalf to remove benefit in kind liabilities for the companies and users.

Solution

We built a simple UX that allowed registered users to upload sales and get rewarded with points to encash against digital and physical rewards. We created a full administration suite for claims and rewards management, along with full accounting and reporting tools for complaince and tracking.

Impact

Streamlined the rewards incentive process whilst creating a free of tax comms channel to the end channel sales user. Previously only companies were identified. One client saw their 250 contact target achieve 2,800 registrants, far exceeding expectations.
