Three in-store staff app

Overview

In the world of mobile communications, information is constantly changing – the latest specs, handsets, tariffs, special offers.

Challenges

The challenge was to make the content simple but complete so that sales staff in store had the information they required within the app.

Solution

We produced a native app, with a quick and easy content management system, that gives in-store sales teams instant access to the up-to-date, approved information they need to help them advise customers and make a sale.

Impact

Hugely successful amongst staff as it allowed easy access to the latest information for the devices they were selling and to be more informed when customers needed the device information at point of sale.
